Garry is a former chair of Durham University Jewish Society and has worked with King David School, Bnei Akiva in Manchester and for the United Synagogue. He has a first class honours BSc degree in Maths from Manchester University and has studied at yeshivot in the USA and Israel. Suzanne, who attended Jewish schools in London, has a first class honours degree in politics from Queen Mary University. She has carried out community work in London, the USA and Israel.

Garry and Suzanne have two young children and for the past two years have worked closely with Jewish students across Scotland.  

Based in Glasgow, Garry and Suzanne are looking forward to their third year being able to reach all parts of Scotland to serve the ever increasing number of Jewish students who are studying across the border.
